As the Director of Product Management at Bottomline's Global Capability Center in Bengaluru, India, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product organization, fostering innovation, and leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity across global operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will provide strategic input and ensure alignment with Bottomline's global product vision. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the line manager for the Product Management team in India, focusing on mentoring, skill development, and career growth. - Foster a high-performing culture by introducing modern product management practices, promoting accountability, and encouraging continuous learning. - Collaborate closely with Product Line Managers to ensure alignment with global product strategies. - Lead the development of the maturity model for Bottomline's Global Capability Center in India related to Product Management. - Work with the Technology Transformation Leader to transition the team to a proactive, empowered, and strategically minded organization. - Champion AI-driven productivity tools and modern product processes to enhance efficiency across the global Product Management function. - Build strong relationships across functions and geographies to ensure collaboration, alignment, and influence at all levels. - Partner with Product Line Managers to meet product line objectives, deliver commitments, and drive global impact. - Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration within the India team.
