Act as the primary facilitator of all live instructor-led onboarding sessions for our ModMed India office. Coordinate and manage communication with new hires, setting expectations for their first week. This position plays a critical role in delivering human resources services during non-traditional hours, ensuring 24/7 coverage for our workforce.
