The ideal candidate for this position should be a graduate with the ability to perform the following responsibilities: Collect inputs from various sources and cross-verify the information with HRIS and Appointment letters. Validate all data inputs before proceeding with the Salary Processing. Manage and prepare Full and Final Settlements for employees. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, and MLWF Acts. This is a Full-time, Permanent position that offers benefits such as Health Insurance and Provident Fund.
