Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Grails , Java , and associated frameworks. Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to implement new features. Design and optimize SQL queries for MySQL and Aurora databases. Build responsive front-end components using jQuery , Bootstrap , CSS , and AJAX . Integrate reporting features using Jaspersoft Studio . Work with source control systems such as GitHub and GitLab . Deploy applications on Tomcat web servers in both Windows and Linux environments. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and unit/integration testing. Maintain documentation and follow best practices in version control and code structure. Required Skills & Experience: 5–6 years of professional experience in software development. Hands-on experience with Grails , JAVA and Groovy . Proficiency with Javascript , J2EE, JQuery, Bootstrap or other JVM-based technologies. Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Aurora . Knowledge of Git and collaborative development tools (e.g., GitHub, Gitlab). Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
