In a customer-facing environment, you will lead processing implementation projects of both technical and non-technical nature. Your role involves delivering standard and some complex implementation activities while ensuring the quality and reliability of the implementations. Your major accountabilities will include providing end-to-end project execution throughout processing implementation projects, assessing and documenting customer needs for implementation activities, guiding customers through applicable processing rules, specifications, and documentation, identifying appropriate processing implementation support documentation to be provided by customers, and handling multiple customer processing implementation projects simultaneously. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Business, or possess equivalent work experience. Additionally, you should have three to five years of Information Technology system knowledge, a good understanding of network technology, applications, and project management, as well as familiarity with the 4-party model and the full transaction lifecycle for various brands. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, strong verbal and written communication skills, a self-starting attitude with a desire to learn independently, good project management skills, and the ability to manage change in a technical work environment. You should also be capable of understanding theories and principles with business impact and applying this understanding to the work environment, working in matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams, and providing basic training and overviews of functions within CIS. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to create polished content, understanding of digital technologies, and excellent communication abilities are essential. You should be proactive, results-oriented, and have a passion for innovation. Familiarity with enterprise SaaS principles, digital analytics tools, and technical support metrics is a plus.
