ModMed is hiring a driven Director , Product Management to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Product Management team focused on
delivering innovative solutions that transform healthcare workflows and improve patient outcomes

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of product managers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and your peer product leaders.
- Contribute to overall strategic roadmap prioritization, including assessing stakeholder needs, business case development , and ROI determination .
- Partner with product leadership peers to support their strategic plans and roadmaps across value streams.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, define product vision, and work closely with Product Management, Development, and Software Regulatory teams to oversee and approve product plans, features, and enhancements.
- Direct the planning and execution of cross-functional aspects of the product roadmap across value streams, ensuring acceptance criteria, quality, performance, and compliance goals are met.
- Analyze existing and new technologies, market developments, and competition to develop product technical specifications and requirements to needs
- Track market trends and competitive offerings to influence product direction and ensure capabilities meet market needs and company goals
Required Experience and Skills:
- 10+ years of experience; 5+ years of management leadership responsibility.
- Experience building and managing high-performing product teams in a multi-country offshore delivery model across a complex product portfolio.
- Business acumen; excellent communication; leadership; functional area expertise; relationship management.
- Ability to set and drive big picture strategy as a product leader reporting to the CPO while also rolling up your sleeves and providing detailed guidance on individual projects.
- Experience with AI tools, AI models, and managing AI-focused product teams.
- Experience in balancing product priorities with external constraints/timelines, with the ability to work in an environment with an emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.
- Experience driving the end-to-end development and delivery cycle for high-growth technology platforms and services.
- Ability to manage the complexity and scale of large organizations/ecosystems.
- Routine weekday availability through 11pm Eastern Time to maximize overlap with US-based product leader peers and their teams.
- Bachelors Degree required.
