Job Description

Live Your Best Life - LYBL is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Pharma Sales to lead our sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals. This position requires strong leadership skills, as you will mentor and guide a team of sales representatives to success.

 

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
  • Proven success in managing sales teams and exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

  • Experience in training and developing sales personnel.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Previous experience working in a hybrid work environment.
