Job Description

The Associate Director - Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets. This role involves strategic planning, market expansion, and execution of sales initiatives to strengthen the companys market position and customer base. The incumbent will play a key role in developing long-term sales strategies and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define pricing strategies, sales targets, and key performance indicators.
  1. Business Development & Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and segments.
  • Oversee the negotiation of contracts, proposals, and long-term agreements to ensure profitable outcomes.
  1. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
  1. Revenue Management & Forecasting

  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making through CRM and analytics tools.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales results to senior management.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to enhance customer experience and market penetration.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to support product development and service innovation.
