Director of Operations

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and managing multiple delivery teams globally in an established Service organization with 18 to 23 years of experience working with HiTech/technology clients. Your role will involve ideating, transforming, and restructuring existing and new programs from a delivery perspective. Additionally, you will be required to modernize shared service design and deployment, and work with various delivery teams supporting regional markets. Key Responsibilities: - Direct a team of senior Track Leads, Project Managers, Delivery Leads, Group managers of large-scale, complex global projects involving multiple stakeholders - Manage day-to-day delivery operations and engage with multiple support units within the organization to ensure effective output - Evaluate trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value - Assess and resolve high-priority project risks and ensure projects meet success parameters and ROI targets - Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders, overcome challenges, and identify alternatives to move projects forward - Drive the team towards a transformed state, continuously seek opportunities for improvement, and implement independent processes - Take on P&L responsibility and contribute to account growth - Collaborate with the GTM Management to identify successful and failing strategies and opportunities for process improvement Qualifications Required: - Graduation, MBA in Operations preferred - Demonstrated experience in opportunity & pipeline forecasting methodology - Proven track record of Digital Transformation implementation and working in complex IT environments - Prior experience in data scrubbing, opportunity identification, root cause analysis, process re-engineering, and leading large-scale transformation initiatives - Experience in revenue recognition, solution design, and responding to RFP/RFIs - Exposure to digital tools, RPA, ERP, CRM, and Agile methodology - Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence at a senior level - Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, Workspace - Strong time management and organizational abilities to thrive in a fast-paced global environment - Black/Green Belt certification would be an added advantage,
