Job Description

We are hiring Direct Sales Executives to convert company-generated leads into sales. The role involves contacting interested customers, explaining products/services, closing deals, and achieving assigned targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Contact and follow up on company-provided leads
Explain products/services and close sales
Build and maintain customer relationships
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain lead follow-ups and sales records
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth closures

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ year experience in any Banking, Finance or Insurance sales
Good communication and convincing skills
Target-oriented mindset

CTC:

As per company standards + incentives
