Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Company:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure proper product availability and visibility at dealer outlets.
  • Execute sales promotions, schemes, and marketing activities.
  • Collect market intelligence and report competitor activities.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
  • Provide basic product knowledge and support to dealers when required.

Requirements:

  • Any graduate (preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in sales (preferably in paints / FMCG).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
