Role and Responsibilities:

Team Lead experience Handling L1, L2 Preparing Report, Client Coordination, First Point of contact for Escalation, well-versed with Advance excel, Preparing roasters for team.

Ability to visualize and guide team to solve complex network issues. Capable of designing network infrastructure. Ability to get network project implementation done. Run 24/7 network support structure across geography. Knowledge on Info security guidelines and drive team to adhere to these guidelines. Close security gaps and audit findings.

• SDWAN:SD-WAN solutions for branch connectivity and optimized network performance
• Routing:Working knowledge on Installing and Maintaining Cisco routers and troubleshooting skills required on IP addressing& L3 concepts, MPLS Technology, QOS, BGP and other routing protocols, Access list, route-maps , static & dynamic NATs.
• Skills required in Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting network problems remotely and on-site.
• Security and Switches:
• Work Exp in Switching
• Working Knowledge on installing, maintaining and troubleshooting firewalls
• Implementation and troubleshooting of VPN tunnels
• Good exposure and experience on Firewalls features like NAT, PAT, UTM, Application filtering, IPS, IDS etc
