About The Role
We're looking for a results-driven Digital Media Buyer to take full ownership of our Meta campaigns (Facebook/Instagram). This is not just a "launch and forget" role — we need someone who lives in the data, thinks strategically, and executes with precision. You'll manage large budgets, multiple creatives, and campaigns across different audiences — ensuring performance, scalability, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end
- Manage multiple campaigns and creatives simultaneously, ensuring A/B testing and performance tracking
- Analyze campaign data daily and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
- Develop full-funnel strategies (awareness, retargeting, conversion)
- Collaborate with creative/design teams to brief and refine ad assets
- Provide regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager with hands-on management of large-scale budgets
- Strong analytical mindset: ability to read data, spot trends, and pivot strategies quickly
- Deep understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, attribution, and pixel/tracking setups
- Experience managing multiple creatives and running structured A/B tests
- Excellent communication skills and accountability — must be on top of every detail
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience running Meta campaigns at scale (agency or brand side)
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable results (leads, sales, ROAS)
- Strong command of campaign tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta reporting, etc.)
- Comfortable managing budgets ranging from mid-five figures to six figures monthly
