About The Role
We're looking for a results-driven Digital Media Buyer to take full ownership of our Meta campaigns (Facebook/Instagram). This is not just a launch and forget role we need someone who lives in the data, thinks strategically, and executes with precision. You'll manage large budgets, multiple creatives, and campaigns across different audiences ensuring performance, scalability, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end
- Manage multiple campaigns and creatives simultaneously, ensuring A/B testing and performance tracking
- Analyze campaign data daily and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
- Develop full-funnel strategies (awareness, retargeting, conversion)
- Collaborate with creative/design teams to brief and refine ad assets
- Provide regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager with hands-on management of large-scale budgets
- Strong analytical mindset: ability to read data, spot trends, and pivot strategies quickly
- Deep understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, attribution, and pixel/tracking setups
- Experience managing multiple creatives and running structured A/B tests
- Excellent communication skills and accountability must be on top of every detail
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience running Meta campaigns at scale (agency or brand side)
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable results (leads, sales, ROAS)
- Strong command of campaign tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta reporting, etc.)
- Comfortable managing budgets ranging from mid-five figures to six figures monthly
