Job Summary:

Senior Google and Meta Ads Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and campaign expansion strategies on Google and Meta platforms.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform campaign targeting and messaging.

Campaign Execution

  • Set up, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Create structured ad account architectures, campaign hierarchies, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
  • Coordinate with creative and copy teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.

Optimization & Analysis

  • Continuously optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
  • Leverage A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Perform detailed campaign performance analysis and reporting using Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Implement and monitor conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.).

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work cross-functionally with content, SEO, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging and performance goals.
  • Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders regularly.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and algorithm changes.


Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

  • 12+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results (e.g., ROAS, lead generation, e-commerce sales).
  • Expert knowledge of Ads Manager, Google Ads interface, GA4, and attribution modeling.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike/similar audiences.
  • Experience with budget management across multiple accounts and campaigns.
  • Proficient in Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and pixel/event implementation.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and funnel strategies.
  • Agency background or experience managing multiple client accounts is a plus.
