Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad.
Experience Required: 2 to 4 years
Duration: Full Time
(Immediate joiner/< 15 days)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Professional with strong hands-on expertise in the E-commerce industry. The candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2-3 years specifically working in e-commerce platforms and driving online sales through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other paid platforms.
  • Manage and optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies.
  • Handle e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and company’s own website.
  • Monitor and report performance of all digital campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, images, videos).
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
  • Handle social media marketing for brand awareness and engagement.
  • Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and web developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads.
  • Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
  • Experience in running email marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
  • Proficiency in handling marketplace portals (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, SEO, or Digital Marketing courses (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe, etc., is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,990.24 - ₹42,833.04 per month
