The role involves handling leads, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into confirmed bookings within a performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound real estate leads via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings. Explain project details, pricing, and offers confidently to clients. Arrange and conduct property site visits with potential buyers. Follow up with leads and maintain updates in Zoho Bigin CRM. Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets within the interim period. Desired Candidate Profile: 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate / field sales / direct sales preferred. Freshers with strong communication and selling skills are also encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills. Must have two-wheeler and smartphone for field operations. Should be target-driven, energetic, and customer-focused.
