You’ll leverage your real estate listing experience to onboard property owners, brokers, and developers, helping them unlock new revenue streams on LetWizard.com. Key Responsibilities Prospect & Outreach: Identify and engage property owners, brokers, and developers across residential and commercial segments. Platform Demonstrations: Conduct virtual and in-person demos to showcase LetWizard’s bidding, negotiation, and analytics features. Onboarding & Training: Guide new clients through account setup, listing best practices, and performance optimization. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships, acting as their primary point of contact. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly acquisition and revenue targets, with a focus on high-value listings. Market Feedback: Gather competitive intelligence and user feedback to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies. Qualifications 1–3 years of B2B sales experience in real estate, property portals, or proptech platforms. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the residential and/or commercial real estate landscape. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Skills & Competencies Communication: Clear, persuasive verbal and written skills—able to tailor messages to diverse audiences. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and basic analytics. Strategic Thinking: Ability to map out sales plans and adapt tactics based on market signals. Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams. Problem Solver: Proactively address client challenges and streamline onboarding processes.
