Job Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements . Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications . Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and feasibility studies . Support project teams with user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases . Assist in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making. Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams for smooth project execution. Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams . Monitor project progress, tracking issues, risks, and changes . Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous process improvements . Eligibility & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field . Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, consulting, or related domains. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies , and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello . Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of Power BI/Tableau . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills . Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
