Paid Advertising

  • Very strong abilities to create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives and landing pages.
  • Closely track ROI and conversion rates and adjust strategy accordingly on a daily basis to maximize relevant lead generation.

SEO & SEM

  • Conduct on-page and off-page SEO optimization and work with agency to improve rankings to top 5 in search engines
  • Perform keyword research and implement content strategies to improve organic rankings.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics using Google Search Console and Analytics.
  • Email Marketing

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns

    on a daily basis

    to drive engagement and maximize conversions.

Collation and segmentation of mailing lists

  • Monitor open/click-through rates and optimize performance.
  • Manage tools such as Salesforce, Eloqua, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms

Website Management

  • Update content, banners, and CTAs on the website and unbounce pages daily.
  • Coordinate with developers/designers to implement new features or improvements.
  • Ensure the sites are SEO-optimized, mobile-friendly, and user-focused.

Content & Social Media

  • Create engaging blogs, landing pages and lead magnets.
  • Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms.
  • Analyze social media engagement and provide actionable insights.
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports with campaign analytics, KPIs and insights.
  • Recommend data-driven improvements to enhance campaign performance.
  • Webinars & Online Events

  • Plan, promote, and execute webinars and virtual events in collaboration with internal teams and external speakers.
  • Manage logistics, registration platforms, follow-up communications, and post-event engagement.
  • Track attendance and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Industry Liaison

  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry associations, partners, and media platforms.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for co-marketing, guest articles, or event partnerships.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and integrate relevant opportunities into marketing plans.
