Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Content Management Specialist to lead our digital presence across platforms. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in content scheduling, lead generation, and audience engagement.

Freshers, please note: this position requires prior hands-on experience in managing social media workflows and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a content calendar across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
• Generate and track leads from social media campaigns, integrating them into CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with campaign goals.
• Analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimise strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates to ensure best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
• Strong written communication and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience in lead generation and CRM integration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred:

• Experience in hospitality, education, or travel sectors.
• Certifications in digital marketing or social media strategy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,442.13 per month
