We are looking for a Marketing Strategist to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives whilesupportingday-to-day marketing tasks. In this role, you’ll help us build our brand, connect with newclients, andshareourstory with the world.

You’ll be creating marketing campaigns, making great content, and keeping our brand consistent acrossall platforms.

This role requires a mix of creativity, communication, and organizational skills to manage campaigns, content,events, and client outreach.

  • Job Location : Wagle Estate, Thane West, Mumbai.
  • Profile Budget : 4 Lacs per annum
  • Working Days : Monday to Saturday
  • Weekly off : All Sundays + 2 nd and 4 th Saturday Off
  • Working Hours : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Probation period : 6 months

Key Responsibilities

Research and strategy

  • Learn our products, services, and target industries; produce a concise market brief that outlines buyerneedsand competitor differences.
  • Deliver a one-page plan each quarter with goals, priority channels, timelines, budgets, and KPIs tiedtosalestargets.
  • Maintain a budget tracker and a shared marketing calendar for campaigns, exhibitions, and content deadlines.

Campaigns and content

  • Create short briefs for launches, trade shows, and lead-generation drives with objective, audience, message,assets, channel mix, timeline, and owner.
  • Produce short blog posts, social captions, email copy, and graphics; coordinate with designers or agencieswhen needed.
  • Approve or create visuals and copy that reflect technical credibility and a professional tone; performregularchecks across website, social, and print.
  • Maintain a single, shareable brand guide covering logo use, colors, fonts, tone, and messaging examplesforengineering and pharma audiences.
  • Regularly review and fix mismatches across website, social, and print.

Digital presence and outreach

  • Keep product pages and case studies current; update meta titles, and keywords to improve visibility.
  • Post regular LinkedIn and Facebook updates for B2B buyers; run segmented email campaigns andtrackopenand response rates.
  • Run segmented outreach via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and phone using CRMlists and templates tailoredto buyer personas.

Events, PR, and ads

  • Plan pre-event promotion, coordinate live coverage, and publish content within 24 hours after events.
  • Place targeted ads in industry publications and manage PR outreach
  • Manage external partners for SEO, website and media buying; keep deliverables on schedule.

Sales support and reporting

  • Book meetings for sales, prepare briefing notes, and create onboarding kits and short feedback forms.
  • Provide monthly summaries of lead quality, conversion rates, and recommended follow-ups tohelpsalesprioritize.
  • Maintain a clear dashboard showing traffic, engagement, and conversions; translate data intoplainrecommendations for leadership and engineering teams.

Reporting and KPIs

  • One-page update showing campaign reach, engagement, and leads.
  • Detailed report with trends, top wins, and recommended next steps.
  • Concise review comparing results to KPIs and proposing next quarter priorities.
  • Growth in social followers; new marketing strategies created; on-time execution of campaigns andevents;consistent brand presentation; qualified leads and meetings booked; growth in website traffic andengagement; practical ideas implemented that improve lead quality or conversion.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ years in B2B marketing or related roles.
  • Skills: Graphic design, writing, basic SEO, Google Analytics, CRM use, campaign setup, event coordination,and budget tracking.
  • Personal traits: Organized, proactive, practical, and able to explain results in plain language toengineersandleadership.

Tools and software

  • Office: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Design: Figma, Canva.
  • Social: LinkedIn Scheduler, META suite.
  • Analytics and SEO: Google Analytics, Semrush, Ubersuggest.
  • Research and notes: Google Notebook LLM for research and data visualization.

Topics to be discussed during interviews

  • Campaigns: Describe a B2B campaign you ran from brief to results. What worked and what youchanged?
  • Content: Prepare a graphic or LinkedIn post that highlights a Pharmintech core product or service.
  • Events: How would you promote Pharmintech before, during, and after an exhibition?
  • Analytics: Which three metrics would you track for a lead-generation campaign and why?  Collaboration: How would you coordinate with marketing to improve marketing activities?

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
