About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Marketing PPC Manager to take ownership of our paid media and performance marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and SEO, with a proven track record of driving measurable ROI, lowering acquisition costs, and scaling campaigns for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Display, etc.).Manage large-scale budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI and cost-efficiency.Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.Continuously track, analyze, and report performance metrics—providing actionable insights and optimizations.Work closely with the SEO team to ensure synergy between paid and organic strategies.Create compelling ad copies, engaging creatives, and structured testing roadmaps (A/B, multivariate testing).Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and PPC.Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align campaigns with brand messaging and business objectives.Develop remarketing and retargeting strategies to improve customer retention and lifecycle value.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field. (Master’s degree/certifications a plus).3–6+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns and SEO strategies.Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager).Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.Proficiency in analytics tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and other reporting dashboards.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and stakeholders simultaneously.Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / HubSpot / SEO certifications are preferred.
