Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Marketing Automation Specialist & Python/ Java Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in marketing technology platforms and Python/ Java-based development.

This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining marketing automation workflows with technical implementation and backend integration.


You’ll play a key role in developing automated campaigns, managing customer journeys, and building backend logic to support personalized digital experiences across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage marketing automation workflows and campaigns across platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Oracle Eloqua, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

• Implement Java-based microservices or backend integrations to connect CRM, CMS, and marketing systems.

• Work with APIs, data connectors, and custom scripts for lead management and campaign personalization.

• Build, test, and deploy email templates, landing pages, and forms integrated with automation systems.

• Analyze and report campaign performance metrics to improve automation strategies.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and data teams to execute seamless omnichannel campaigns.

• Maintain documentation, data mappings, and ensure compliance with privacy and deliverability standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).


Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing Technology, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing Automation and Java Development.

• Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Zoho CRM).

• Proficiency in Java (Core, Spring Boot, APIs).

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and web assets.

• Basic knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration workflows.

• Strong analytical and debugging skills with an interest in data-driven marketing.


Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to AI-driven marketing, personalization engines, or data analytics tools.

• Experience with Python for data processing or automation scripting.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, or cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer segmentation logic.
