Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist – Operations & Performance who can manage marketing operations end-to-end, support team members across departments, and ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills — with an understanding of performance marketing metrics and creative workflows.You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring all moving parts—from creatives to reports—are aligned, on time, and optimized for results.⸻

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Task Coordination: • Act as the central coordinator between the ads, content, and design teams • Understand campaign briefs and break them down into actionable tasks • Assign responsibilities, set timelines, and ensure team members stay on track • Maintain structured task tracking using tools like Trello, Google Sheets, or equivalentCampaign Execution: • Support the launch and monitoring of campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn • Coordinate ad creative submissions, audience setup, and scheduling with the performance team • Ensure timely delivery of creatives and content aligned with campaign objectivesPerformance Reporting: • Maintain and update performance reports using Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics • Share regular snapshots with leadership and assist in interpreting key metrics such as CTR, CPL, and conversionsNotes & Process Documentation: • Attend meetings with internal teams and clients (if required), and document structured meeting notes • Translate client briefs or internal inputs into well-organized execution plansSEO & Website Coordination: • Assist with on-page SEO tasks such as updating meta titles, descriptions, and keyword placements • Coordinate between content writers and developers for timely website updates

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing operations (agency experience preferred) • Strong coordination and task management capabilities • Hands-on with Canva and content briefing workflows • Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign dashboards • Basic understanding of SEO and content planning • Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting habits • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

• Timely execution of campaigns and deliverables • Quality of internal coordination and team workflow • Accuracy and timeliness of performance reporting • Engagement and performance metrics of campaigns (CTR, leads, conversions) • Effectiveness in task follow-up and stakeholder communication
