AROBIT has established corporate solutions and alliances with several renowned organizations. Role & responsibilities Conceptualize and prepare ad creatives, including static images and video ads. Develop landing pages, website artwork, and project communication taglines. Skills: Google Ads Ideation, Digital Advertising, Facebook Ads, Digital Campaigns, Display Advertising, Copywriting & Caption Writing, Facebook Schedule and evaluate marketing campaigns; conduct ad account audits and optimizations. - Use hyperlocal data to strategize for local markets. - Set up and manage assets on various platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn). - Design and execute creative changes mid-campaign in real-time. - Optimize landing pages and audit lead feedback. - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. - Develop social media accounts and content to generate traffic and engagement. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and technologies. Preferred candidate profile Understanding of the graphics and video creation process. - Knowledge of marketing content requirements. - Strong copywriting and caption writing skills. - Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and client communication. - Availability on phone/WhatsApp during non-office hours. 1+ years of experience in a similar marketing/branding role preferred. - Knowledge of SMM & Digital Ads. - Experience with digital marketing software: Meta Ads, Google Ads. - Attention to detail and the ability to analyze data and trends. - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration. - In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics. Good communication skills. - Smart and presentable. - Creativity and attention to detail. - Honesty and integrity. - Ability to analyze market trends and consumer psychology. - Self-starter with a can-do attitude. - Consistency and neatness in design outputs.
