Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager

Blockchain, AI, Web3, and innovative IT solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across social media, SEO, email, and paid ads
Plan and execute lead generation and brand awareness initiatives
Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to improve ROI
Stay updated with digital trends and emerging technologies relevant to our industry
Oversee company website, SEO performance, and marketing automation tools
Manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable campaign results

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing (preferably in IT)
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and Analytics
Strong understanding of content marketing and lead generation funnels
Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Zoho Marketing, or similar CRM platforms
Excellent communication, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and lead marketing initiatives with minimal supervision
Must have their own system
