About the Role

Twizhire is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital growth strategy for a fast-growing real estate organization in Zirakpur. This is a critical leadership role for an individual with a proven track record in Real Estate lead generation who is ready to own strategy end-to-end, drive measurable ROI, and collaborate closely with sales to deliver pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Develop, own, and execute the company’s comprehensive digital marketing roadmap, directly aligning with aggressive sales and business goals.
• High-Volume Lead Generation: Plan, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns to consistently drive qualified real estate leads and conversions.
• Paid Media Expertise: Hands-on management and optimization of paid channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads, focusing intensely on CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROI.
• Digital Visibility: Oversee all SEO/SEM initiatives to ensure maximum online visibility and engagement for key projects and properties.
• Budget Management & Reporting: Allocate and track marketing budgets across campaigns, ensuring maximum Return on Investment (ROI). Prepare detailed performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the Sales and Product teams to create integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and a smooth customer journey.
• Team/Vendor Management: Manage and direct internal team members and external agencies/vendors for efficient campaign execution and deployment.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a strong, consistent brand presence and messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing, with demonstrable and successful experience specifically in the Real Estate sector (Local Builders strongly preferred).
• Regional Market Knowledge: Prior experience working with or competing against leading regional builders in the Chandigarh extended region is a major asset (e.g., Jubilee, Marbella, STJ Group, Affinity, Highland, Exotica, Lotus, etc.).
• Core Expertise: Strong expertise in B2C lead generation, funnel optimization, and campaign performance tracking across the full real estate customer journey.
• Tool Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices and marketing automation tools.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
• Leadership: Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Mindset: The ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on, day-to-day execution.

Pay: ₹14,263.74 - ₹55,210.42 per month
