Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We’re a growing digital marketing agency based in Dwarka Sector 7, Delhi, currently handling multiple social media and SEO projects across various industries.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can manage client operations, lead our team, and help us scale — not just as an employee, but as a growth partner.

Role Type:

• In-office (Dwarka Sector 7, Delhi)
• Full-time (Monday to Saturday)
• ₹10,000/month retainer + 10% of total agency revenue (Up to ₹80,000/month)

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily work of the ads, social media and SEO
• Handle client communication and ensure smooth delivery
• Review campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
• Supervise team and maintain project deadlines
• Coordinate with the founder for strategy and improvements
• Contribute ideas to help the agency grow and retain clients

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or client management (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of Google & Meta ads, social media, SEO, and campaign reporting
• Confident in client communication and team handling
• Must be based in or near Dwarka, Delhi
• Self-motivated, responsible, and growth-oriented
