Purpose of the Role

Responsible for developing and executing a unified, data-driven digital marketing strategy that drives global brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth for the company’s enterprise financial services products across both consumer, wholesale and wealth segments.


This role will lead a team of digital specialists across SEO/SEM, performance marketing, marketing automation, social media, content, analytics, and digital experience to ensure all digital touchpoints deliver measurable business impact.


Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Define the global digital marketing roadmap and KPIs in alignment with business objectives.
  • Champion a unified brand experience across all digital channels and markets.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and regional marketing leaders to align strategies with market-specific needs.
  • Act as the internal futurist and evangelist for marketing innovation, educating leadership and product teams on the evolving digital landscape.


2. Digital Channel Management

  • Lead global SEO & SEM strategy to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Oversee paid media campaigns (Google and LinkedIn) with clear ROI accountability.
  • Direct social media strategy for thought leadership, customer engagement, and employer branding.
  • Manage digital content strategy across corporate website, microsites, and partner portals.
  • Drive the creation of high-impact content assets: solution pages, whitepapers, case studies, leadership articles, video explainers, and AI-generated content workflows.
  • Build an AI-led digital command center that blends insights from multiple sources: web, CRM, social, customer intent - to deliver predictive and prescriptive actions.
  • Pilot tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Perplexity, and Lumen5 for agile, content-at-scale delivery.

3. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging platforms, and regulatory changes in financial services marketing.
  • Introduce innovative digital formats (interactive tools, digital events, gamified learning) to enhance engagement.


4. Brand and Experience Marketing

  • Create consistent and immersive brand experiences across digital touchpoints—website, social, video, partner portals, digital events.
  • Lead social media storytelling, especially for strategic narratives like Explainable AI, Composable Banking, Business Impact AI, and ESG alignment.
  • Partner with creative, UI/UX, and motion teams to build a visual grammar for Intellect—evolving the digital brand identity globally.
  • Design co-marketing programs with AWS, Microsoft, IBM, and other strategic alliances to increase joint visibility and influence.

5. Analytics, Measurement & Optimization

  • Define global KPIs and benchmarks across awareness, engagement, conversion, pipeline velocity, CAC, and RoI.
  • Establish a culture of experimentation—test & learn loops, conversion optimization, retargeting strategies, and behavioral insights.
  • Share monthly impact reports and campaign retrospectives with leadership and business heads.


5. People Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performance global digital marketing team.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product marketing, and regional teams.



Experience & Qualifications

  • 8-12 years in B2B digital marketing; preferably from SaaS, Fintech, Enterprise Tech, or Consulting industries.
  • Proven global experience leading multi-region campaigns, digital transformation initiatives, and pipeline generation programs.
  • Prior leadership of teams across content, performance marketing, automation, and digital experience.
  • An MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or Data Science is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), and ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense).
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in financial services marketing.
