Job Title: Head of Digital MarketingJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital growth initiatives. The role involves creating and executing data-driven marketing strategies, managing digital channels, optimizing performance, and leading a team to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate is a digital-first leader with strong expertise in performance marketing, brand building, and marketing automation. Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement the company’s overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Lead, mentor, and grow the digital marketing team (SEO, social media, paid ads, content, analytics, etc.). Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI. Performance Marketing & Growth Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention through SEO, SEM, paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), and affiliate channels. Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven insights. Track and achieve KPIs such as cost per lead, ROAS, conversion rates, and engagement. Brand & Content Oversee brand positioning, storytelling, and digital presence across all online channels. Manage website, blog, email marketing, and social media to ensure consistent communication. Collaborate with design/content teams for impactful creatives and campaigns. Analytics & Reporting Set up dashboards and reporting systems (Google Analytics, CRM, BI tools). Monitor performance metrics and prepare executive-level reports. Recommend strategic improvements based on market and competitor insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with sales and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Develop co-marketing opportunities with partners, influencers, and industry leaders. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of scaling digital campaigns and delivering ROI. Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and automation tools. Strong understanding of analytics (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, Power BI). Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. KPIs (Performance Metrics):Growth in qualified leads / conversions. ROI / ROAS from digital campaigns. Growth in brand visibility & engagement. Improvement in website traffic, CTR, and conversion funnel metrics. Successful execution of campaigns within budget and timelines. Compensation (India Market Benchmark):Startups/SMEs: ₹5 – 15 LPA (may include ESOPs).
