About This Position:• Job Title: Data Extractor / Analyst – Marketing Department Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our marketing team as a Data Extractor / Analyst. The role involves collecting, extracting, cleaning, and analyzing market and customer data to generate high-quality leads, support marketing campaigns, and provide actionable insights that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:Data Extraction & CollectionExtract data from various online/offline sources including websites, databases, directories, social platforms, and market research tools.:• Implement scraping, APIs, or manual collection methods to gather relevant business and customer information. • Lead GenerationIdentify and verify potential leads based on target audience and marketing strategies. • Maintain and update lead databases companies CRM. • Enrich lead data with additional details like contact information, company profiles, and industry insights. • Data Management & Quality AssuranceClean, validate, and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Remove duplicates, outdated, or irrelevant data. • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards (e.g., GDPR). • Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze collected data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities. • Provide regular reports and dashboards for the marketing team on lead performance and market trends. • Support segmentation and targeting for marketing campaigns. • CollaborationWork closely with the marketing, sales, and business development teams to align data efforts with campaign goals. • Suggest improvements in data collection methods and tools to increase efficiency and lead quality. • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. • Strong experience in data extraction tools, web scraping, Excel, SQL, or Python (knowledge of automation is a plus). • Experience with CRM system. • Knowledge of data cleaning and transformation techniques. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights. • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. • Preferred Qualifications:Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or market research. • Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. • Experience in web crawling tools and scripting. • Performance Metrics (KPIs):Number of qualified leads extracted per month. • Lead accuracy and data quality percentage. • Contribution to marketing campaign ROI. • Speed and efficiency of data extraction and reporting.
