- Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (Search, Display, Social, Email) to hit lead, traffic, and revenue targets—manage budgets, bids and pacing for maximum ROI.
- Own paid acquisition workflows: build campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and other ad platforms—perform keyword research, write ad copy, set audiences, and manage creatives.
- Drive on-page and off-page SEO activities: conduct keyword strategy, technical audits, content briefs, and backlink outreach to improve organic visibility and traffic.
- Produce and schedule social content, manage community interactions, and grow engagement using platform best-practices and analytics-driven tactics.
- Monitor performance with Google Analytics, GTM and reporting tools; create weekly/monthly dashboards (Data Studio) and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and lower CPA.
- Collaborate closely with design, content, and sales teams to build high-converting landing pages, email nurture flows and CRM tracking for lead handoffs.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2 - 5 years’ hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or in-house) with direct ownership of Google Ads and Meta/Facebook campaigns.
- Practical understanding of SEO fundamentals and ability to perform basic technical SEO audits and content optimisation.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Excel; experience building performance reports and dashboards (Data Studio preferred).
- Experience with email marketing and CRM tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and basic lead-nurture flows.
- Strong copywriting skills for ads, social posts and landing page briefs; attention to conversion-focused messaging.
- Willingness to work on-site in India with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint.
- Experience with CRO/A-B testing, basic HTML/CSS or CMS (WordPress), and familiarity with LinkedIn Ads or programmatic/display platforms.
- Exposure to BI tools or advanced reporting automation.
