We’re on the hunt for a Business Development Manager with a sharp eye for high-intent leads , hands-on mastery of LinkedIn Sales Navigator , and proven success in cold outreach — especially for SaaS or Tech Services. This isn’t a "spray and pray" job. It’s about precision prospecting. You’ll play a pivotal role in building our sales pipeline, expanding our reach, and turning cold leads into booked calls. What You’ll Own: Drive qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, cold email, and Upwork/Fiverr if relevant. Build, manage, and optimize lead funnels — weekly reports, ICP alignment, and conversion tracking. Execute high-quality outbound campaigns tailored to decision-makers (Founders, CTOs, HR Heads). Craft personalized connection requests, messages, and cold email templates that convert. Coordinate with marketing for lead nurturing, retargeting, and feedback loops. Test new channels, tools, or sequences — you’re the engine behind our outbound strategy. What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of B2B outbound lead generation or business development experience. LinkedIn Sales Navigator expertise — search filters, Boolean logic, targeting. Experience with cold email tools (e.g., Instantly, Mailshake, Lemlist) & CRM systems. Strong written communication and copywriting for outreach that feels human . Ability to meet weekly lead quotas with consistency.
