About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in SEO, AEO/GEO optimization, GA4, Meta Ads, and HubSpot CRM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital performance across multiple platforms, optimizing search visibility, implementing analytics tracking, managing automation workflows, and supporting campaign execution across B2B, B2C, and D2C clients.

This position requires a data-driven mindset, hands-on tool proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:


1. SEO, AEO & GEO Optimization

  • Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies across diverse industries.
  • Perform daily SEO tasks including link building, guest blogging, keyword optimization, and lead-generation-oriented SEO.
  • Collaborate with affiliate partners for link-building and commission-based traffic acquisition opportunities.
  • Utilize tools such as GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console for performance analysis.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research based on semantic, entity-based, and intent-driven frameworks.
  • Support the content team with high-quality, SEO-optimized content ideas and briefs.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and SEO best practices.
  • Recommend improvements in site architecture, content, linking strategy, and user experience.
  • Coordinate with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.

2. Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  • Configure goals, conversion tracking, and event-based tracking for key user interactions.
  • Implement custom dimensions and metrics for detailed SEO performance monitoring.
  • Analyze organic traffic, user behavior, session patterns, and conversion performance.
  • Interpret user flow and engagement reports to identify optimization opportunities.

3. HubSpot CRM Management:

  • Create and manage workflows for lead nurturing and marketing automation.
    Perform lead segmentation, scoring, and targeted campaign setup.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, CTAs, forms, and landing pages.
  • Build custom dashboards and reports for performance insights.
  • Integrate CRM with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Zapier.
  • Customize contact properties and configure CRM processes for better lead management.

4. Paid Media & Social Marketing:

  • Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) focusing on lead generation and performance optimization.
  • Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Track and implement post-cookie solutions including Consent Mode, Meta CAPI, and first-party data strategies.
  • Understand social media trends and contribute to high-engagement content strategies.

5. Additional Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Use prompt engineering and AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) for content and automation tasks.
  • Ideate for short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos).
    Conduct competitor, market, and trend research to provide strategic insights.
  • Develop data visualization dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, and HubSpot.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, development, and sales teams.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, analytical thinking, and an agile mindset toward emerging technologies.
