Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Create visually appealing designs for
digital marketing, social media, websites, ads, and campaigns
Design creatives for
performance marketing, emailers, banners, posters, and presentations
Work closely with
marketing, content, and growth teams
to understand design requirements
Maintain
brand guidelines
across all creatives
Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts as required
Support creative ideation for campaigns and launches
Manage multiple design tasks and meet tight deadlines
Coordinate with vendors/printing agencies when required (offline creatives)

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in
Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication
, or related field
Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Basic knowledge of
Figma / Canva / After Effects
is a plus
Strong understanding of
color theory, typography, and layout
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly

Preferred Skills

Experience in
EdTech / Digital / Startup environment
Knowledge of
motion graphics or video editing
Understanding of
social media design trends
