The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns while creating visually compelling content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and websites

* Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve traffic and conversions

* Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and AI dashboards

* Manage content calendars and posting schedules

AI Tools & Automation

* Use AI tools for content creation, ad copy, keyword research, and analytics

* leverage AI for image generation, video enhancement, caption writing, and campaign optimization

* Automate workflows using AI-based marketing platforms

* Stay updated with emerging AI trends in digital marketing
Graphic Designing

* Design creatives for social media, ads, banners, brochures, presentations, and websites

Maintain brand consistency across all visual content

* Work with marketing teams to convert ideas into visual designs

* Optimize designs for different platforms and formats

Video Editing

* Edit and produce videos for social media, ads, reels, YouTube, and promotional campaigns

Add effects, transitions, subtitles, music, and AI enhancements

* Optimize video formats for performance and engagement

* Collaborate on video concepts and storytelling

Sales support

* Calling leads for sales and analysing, identifying areas where skills, processes, or performance fall short and need development for better results.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva

* Video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
