CTC: Depends on your interview

Working days: 6 days working

Location: Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibility:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid and organic campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

- Develop and implement creative social media strategies to promote health checkup packages, offers, and wellness awareness.

- Ideate, brief, and coordinate with the design team for creatives, videos, and promotional content.

- Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interactions on all social platforms.

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize ongoing campaigns to achieve performance and ROI goals.

- Create new ad campaigns (awareness, lead generation, remarketing, etc.) based on seasonal or offer-driven promotions.

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, engagement metrics, lead quality, revenue and return on investments.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and ad policies (especially in the healthcare category).

- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for offer planning, campaign timing, and communication strategy.

- Basic understanding of Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads) — keyword targeting, ad copy creation, and budget handling.

- Track competitor activities and share actionable insights for brand improvement.

- Basic understanding of WhatsApp Chat management platforms like GupShup, Business on Bot or similar platforms

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics tools.

- Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills.

- Proficiency in campaign reporting and optimization.

- Basic knowledge of healthcare or wellness industry (preferred).

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
