Job Description

This full time, direct hire position offers the opportunity to collaborate with innovative marketers to execute on brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across industry verticals and buyer roles.In this role, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive website strategy, optimizing for both on-page and off-page SEO, and managing day-to-day website operations and enhancements.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping CohnReznick’s online presence and driving our digital marketing initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with our U.S. based marketing team and business units, and external developers to execute campaigns and the digital roadmap.The ideal candidate for this role thrives when given the opportunity to be hands-on, test new ideas, likes learning new technologies and interested in analytics.This role will work directly with the digital marketing team and manager based in Chennai. You will collaborate with key internal stakeholders to maintain and execute projects to enhance our digital presence through showcasing our corporate, thought leadership, and recruiting content.You will report to the Digital Manager and collaborate with other members of the marketing team to manage content development, update the site and organize ongoing enhancements to the user experience. Current efforts include performing daily content updates to CohnReznick’s site, updating landing pages on the site, creating new pages, analyzing metrics, staying current with industry best practices, and being comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Build and update web pages within our CMS for cohnreznick.com
  • Support SEO Optimization: Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Design and build conversion rate optimized web pages to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Support accessibility best practices implementing meta tags and content updates on the site
  • Analytics and Insights: Track, generate, and review web for marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Tag manager and Search Console
  • Collaborate with U.S. based content and creative team to execute and optimize campaigns.
  • Assist with video production and publishing on the site
  • Project manage and communicate status updates with internal team and agency vendors using tools like WorkFront, JIRA, and Slack.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience (1-2+ years) working on a corporate website and SEO
  • Knowledge of HTML & CSS, UI/UX, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Moz
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues quickly
  • Experience with Sitecore or similar CMS platform to manage website content and SEO.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Highly analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
