Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead the online presence, branding, and digital sales promotion for NSFI’s Mahila Udyami Project , which supports women entrepreneurs developing Pine Needle–based products. The role requires strong digital marketing skills, creative communication abilities, and a deep understanding of social media, online branding, and audience engagement. The coordinator will manage digital campaigns, create and curate marketing content, drive product visibility, and support rural women entrepreneurs in increasing their income through digital platforms. The role will also involve nurturing partnerships with individuals, online customers, retailers, corporate gifting agencies, and institutional buyers to expand market opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Brand Building ü Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan for Pine Needle products focused on branding and sales. ü Coordinate product photography, catalogues, videos, and promotional materials. ü Support creation of marketing collaterals aligned with NSFI communication guidelines. ü Lead onboarding for ecommerce platforms and manage online sales. ü Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to digital branding standards. 2. Social Media Management & Content Execution ü Plan, design, and manage social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. ü Create and schedule posts to enhance visibility of products and impact stories. ü Write compelling captions and develop relevant hashtags. ü Respond to messages, comments, and audience engagement. ü Repurpose content across platforms for consistency and audience recall. 3. Partnerships, Sales Promotion & Market Linkages ü Identify and engage corporate gifting agencies, retail partners, and institutional buyers. ü Connect with individual and online customers for the sales and promotion of products.. ü Coordinate outreach, follow-ups, and presentations. ü Support women entrepreneurs with packaging, pricing, and digital product readiness. ü Assist in exhibitions, product showcases, and corporate presentations. 4. Analytics, Reporting & Market Insights ü Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics including engagement, reach, and conversions. ü Prepare periodic reports with insights and recommendations. ü Track competitor brands and market trends. ü Use innovative content formats like Reels and Stories to increase visibility. Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. · 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in social enterprises/handicraft/livelihood programs. · Strong understanding of digital branding, social media management, and analytics tools. · Experience in catalogue development or corporate gifting sector is an added advantage. · Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
