Female Field Executive

Job Title: Assistant Female Field Executive

Location: Anand District, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the Field Project Coordinator in mobilizing rural women and youth for trainings and enterprise development.

· Coordinate and support field-level training activities, ensuring smooth implementation of project activities.

· Provide handholding support to entrepreneurs for business setup, operations, and reporting.

· Conduct field visits, group meetings, awareness sessions, and data collection.

· Ensure regular follow-ups with entrepreneurs and SHG groups.

· Maintain records, collect success stories, and submit timely field updates and reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

Ø Gender: Female candidates only

Ø Education: Masters/ Bachelors in Social Work, Rural Development preferred.

Ø Experience: Candidates with 0-2 years of experience in community mobilization or livelihood projects will be given preference

Ø Language Proficiency: Gujarati (mandatory), Basic Hindi and English communication skills

Other Requirements:

· Must be comfortable with travel within and outside Anand district.

· Must own a two-wheeler and possess a driving license.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone usage for reporting purposes.

Remuneration: 15OOO/ Month (Budgeted)

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹13,370.81 - ₹18,000.00 per month
