Key Responsibilities

Handle multiple digital marketing projects with clear timelines and outcomes. 

Collaborate with design, content, and sales to launch campaigns and landing pages. 

Guide the team in implementing day-to-day marketing activities and best practices. 

Create/review content briefs, on-page copy, and ad creatives. 

Manage and update websites using a CMS (e.g., WordPress/Webflow). 

Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. 

Track performance in GA4: define KPIs, set up events/conversions, and build simple dashboards. 

Maintain stakeholder (customer) communication for updates, reports, and feedback. 

Work within Agile/Scrum rituals (standups, sprint planning, retros) to prioritize and ship work. 


Skills you Need

SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, basic technical checks. 

Technical SEO: site audits, indexation, sitemaps/robots, Core Web Vitals basics. 

SMO/Social: content planning, scheduling, and basic community responses. 

Paid Media: hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads setup, budgeting, and optimization. 

Analytics: GA4 events/goals, UTM hygiene, reporting, and actionable insights. 

CMS: working experience updating pages, blogs, and landing pages. 

Soft Skills: excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination. 

Marketing automation/CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Active Campaign)
