This job requires a dynamic individual who understands the holistic view of the Total Rewards function and with customer-centricity, thus help ensure appropriate data management, analytics and initiatives.
PGDBM/PGDM/MBA in HR
Min of 8-10 years of experience relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, including overseeing payroll with knowledge of payroll systems and statutory requirements in India.
- Very good in Microsoft office (especially word and excel)
- Digital HR orientation (should have worked on process streamlining/automations)
- Experience with HCM platforms
- Exposure to either HCM or process automation implementation
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory deductions
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- Design thinking and process oriented
- Time management skills
- Presentation skills
- Planning, coordinating, and integration skills
- High attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information
- Collaborative approach
