Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Team Leadership:
Manage HR and Admin teams with clear instructions.
Record Management:
Maintain employee records and system documentation.
Annual Returns & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to labor laws like the Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Contract Labor Act, & so on.
Employee Welfare:
Oversee employee health, safety, and welfare initiatives.
Engagement Activities:
Organize employee engagement programs and events.
Recruitment Process:
Identify staffing needs, screen profiles, and schedule interviews.
Onboarding:
Conduct induction and orientation for new hires.
Compensation Planning:
Develop competitive employee compensation packages.
Payroll & Attendance:
Manage leave, attendance, and payroll processes.
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Bonus, and Gratuity regulations.
Performance Management:
Monitor and enhance employee performance.
HRMS Handling:
Administer and manage the Keka HRMS portal effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent English communication skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel
