Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine product offerings and marketing strategies. 4. Reporting and Coordination: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales management team. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless operations. 6. Organize and conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations. 7. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales executives within the territory. Provide training, mentoring, and performance monitoring to ensure the team meets individual and group sales goals. Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and align on targets. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the furniture or retail industry. Prior experience in GEM portal working would be preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
