To act as a strategic partner to business units by driving key HR processes such as role clarity, performance management, manpower planning, compliance, and HR reporting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and smooth execution of people-related practices. • Job Descriptions & Role Clarity Create, update, and maintain job descriptions across all roles. Partner with department heads to validate responsibilities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. • Organizational Structure Management Maintain and update organizational charts to reflect accurate reporting structures & Headcount. Share updated structures with business leaders for better workforce visibility. • Manpower Budgeting Support in preparing and consolidating annual manpower budgets. Collaborate with Finance and business heads to validate headcount forecasts and cost implications. • Talent Acquisition Coordination Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for recruitment updates to stakeholders for Unit-01. Collaborate with the TA team to ensure hiring requirements are fulfilled timely. Assist business units in defining and reviewing manpower needs. • Performance Management Facilitate the annual goal-setting process across departments. Coordinate mid-year and annual performance review cycles. Track completion rates and follow up with line managers for pending reviews. • HR Compliance Ensure 100% adherence to statutory and organizational HR compliance. Keep updated with labor law amendments, regulatory changes, and audit requirements. Ensure timely preparation and submission of statutory reports. • HR Reporting & MIS Prepare and maintain HR dashboards (attrition, headcount, hiring, leave, etc.). Provide analytics and insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders. • Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of HR processes and employment laws. Analytical skills with ability to create reports and derive insights. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to balance compliance with business requirements. Proficiency in HRIS/MIS tools and MS Excel/PowerPoint. "TBD"
