Purpose/Objective


    The Talent Acquisition Lead at Adani Airports will play a pivotal role in driving strategic hiring initiatives to support the company’s rapid expansion and operational excellence in the aviation sector. This role is responsible for sourcing top-tier talent, managing leadership hiring, and ensuring alignment with Adani Airports’ vision of transforming India’s aviation infrastructure. The position will focus on building a robust talent pipeline to meet the demands of ongoing projects, including the modernization of airport infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to Adani Airports’ operational and strategic goals. - Lead leadership hiring initiatives to attract high-caliber professionals for critical roles across the organization. - Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce requirements and align hiring strategies with business priorities. - Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including digital platforms, talent mapping, and market intelligence, to identify and engage top talent. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and adherence to organizational standards. - Build and maintain a strong employer brand to position Adani Airports as a preferred employer in the aviation and infrastructure sectors. - Implement data-driven recruitment practices, leveraging analytics to optimize hiring efficiency and effectiveness. - Partner with internal stakeholders to forecast talent needs for ongoing and future projects, including the Navi Mumbai International Airport development. - Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition framework to foster a balanced and innovative workforce. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards while maintaining agility in recruitment processes. Non-Negotiable Requirements 1. Stakeholder Management- Explanation: Effective stakeholder management is critical for the Talent Acquisition Lead role at Adani Airports. The role involves collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers, business leaders, and external recruitment partners. Given the strategic importance of Adani Airports in transforming India's aviation sector, the ability to align recruitment strategies with business goals and manage expectations is essential. This ensures seamless communication, timely hiring, and alignment with the company’s vision of operational excellence and passenger-centric services. 2. Leadership Hiring Expertise- Explanation: Leadership hiring is a non-negotiable requirement for this role, as the Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting senior-level executives who will drive the strategic vision of Adani Airports. The ability to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier talent is crucial for maintaining the company’s competitive edge in the aviation industry. This aligns with Adani Airports’ focus on operational efficiency, innovation, and sustainability, as senior leaders play a pivotal role in achieving these objectives. 3. Strategic Sourcing Skills- Explanation: Strategic sourcing is essential for identifying and attracting high-quality candidates in a competitive talent market. Qualifications and Experience


    Required Qualifications & Experience - Proven track record of 15+ years in talent acquisition, with significant experience in leadership hiring. - Expertise in sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, and building talent pipelines for large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects. - Strong understanding of the aviation industry and its talent landscape, including exposure to airport operations and development. Educational Background - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Master’s degree or MBA in HR or Organizational Development is preferred. Domain Expertise - Deep knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and methodologies specific to the aviation and infrastructure sectors. - Familiarity with workforce planning for airport operations, development, and modernization projects. - Expertise in leveraging market intelligence and analytics for strategic hiring decisions. Digital & Operational Tools - Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter. - Experience with HR analytics tools for data-driven decision-making. - Familiarity with digital sourcing techniques, including AI-driven talent mapping and CRM systems. Leadership Capabilities - Strategic thinking and ability to align talent acquisition strategies with business goals. - Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. - Strong team leadership capabilities, including mentoring and developing recruitment teams. - Results-driven approach with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
