Job Description

Looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Total Rewards team at Novo Nordisk Centre (India) Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of rewards programs with business objectives.
Design and implement new compensation and benefits initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting for total rewards programs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to compensation and benefits.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on total rewards.
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience with budgeting and forecasting for total rewards programs.
