Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead INDUS total rewards philosophy and strategies aligned with firms overall goals.
  • Design and manage compensation structures, including leadership pay.
  • Oversee benefits programs and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on market trends and internal analytics.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to integrate rewards into broader talent strategies.
  • Lead communication and training initiatives related to rewards programs.
  • Provide market insights, lead discussions to ensure the right total strategy for INDUS.

Skills

Requirements

  • Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 12+ years in compensation and benefits, with 5+ years in leadership in the same field.
  • Deep knowledge of India compensation practices and regulatory frameworks, additional knowledge of global compensation preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
