Senior Manager Total Rewards

As the Leader of Total Rewards at INDUS, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing total rewards programs, which include compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition. Your role will involve ensuring alignment with the business strategy and compliance with legal standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead INDUS total rewards philosophy and strategies in line with the overall goals of the firm. - Oversee benefits programs and ensure compliance with local regulations. - Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on market trends and internal analytics. - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts. - Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to integrate rewards into broader talent strategies. - Lead communication and training initiatives related to rewards programs. - Provide market insights and lead discussions to ensure the right total strategy for INDUS. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field. - Minimum of 12 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the same field. - Deep knowledge of India compensation practices and regulatory frameworks, with additional knowledge of global compensation preferred. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
